Full Organic Breakfast at the Inn Please note: Breakfast is only served to registered guests staying at the inn. The rich aroma of fresh brewed organic roasted coffee and other breakfast delights greets you each morning at the inn. A full breakfast is served each morning to inn room and yurt guests in the dining room or in the enclosed screened porch made of shipping pallets. Vegetarian (lacto-ovo, ie. milk eggs) always available . Vegan or Gluten Free Breakfast available with advance notice.
Sample Dishes Main dishes vary by season, but they are all sumptuous. Here are a few of our favorites: Georgia French toast with peaches and cream sauce and toasted pecans Breakfast strata with sausage and cheese topped with fresh tomatoes Blueberry French toast casserole Quiche Lorraine Sauteed vegetables Corn Fritters made from fresh corn on the cob corn (in season). Fresh seasonal fruit Vegan lemon waffles with blueberry sauce Morningstar Farms Vegetarian Sausage Fried potatoes or fried apples Greens with raspberry chipolte sauce (favorite among vegans) Fresh baked muffins (blueberry, banana, and ginger raisin are favorites) We also purchase organic coffee. Herbs from our garden add zest to the breakfast. We are also mindful to purchase food that is not in containers/packaging that cannot be recycled. In 2016 we purchased a to provide structured water for making coffee and tea as well as cooking. vortex water revitalizer The unit is located in the main kitchen and guests are welcome to fill their water bottles with the revitalized water (hydrates better than regular water) to take on hiking and outdoor adventures.
