require a 2 night minimum if you wish one night.

For two night minimums in some instances a one night stay might be permitted on a Friday or Sunday if the two night minimum has already been booked for the room/yurt that particular weekend. Also rooms/yurts still available at 9:00am Friday may be booked Friday night or 8:00pm Friday for Saturday one nighters. Single night rate would be applicable.

Cancellation Policies

A 72 hour notice is required for single room or yurt cancellations to avoid a charge to your credit card for nights reserved.

If you book two or more rooms and/or yurts a 2 week cancellation notice is required to avoid a charge to your credit card for nights reserved.

If we are able to fill your accomodation(s) your credit card will not be charged for the rate, however a $25.00 administrative fee per accomodation will be charged.

Reservations

Reservations required Sunday through Thursday nights. Reservations recommended for Friday-Saturday evenings. Reservations are payable in advance by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). You can forward your credit card information by using the room availability link below. Information is protected by a secure connection.

Reservations for multiple units are not permitted. We have had problems in the past with multiple unit reservations made by one individual when other parties are no shows. Examples are weddings wishing to book multiple rooms/whole inn or friends wanting to meet up. We also do not hold rooms or yurts. If you want to book the entire property we can take a cashiers check for the full amount with a no cancellation policy.

Please book the room or yurt that you wish to have that is available. We do not permit guests to move to another unit(for example stay in a room the first night a yurt the second night or different yurt second night).

Check out by 11:00 am. After 11am a $50.00 fee will be billed to credit card.

Discounts

No discounts given for single guests, AAA, AARP, military.

Breakfast Information

A full Breakfast is served between 8:30-9:00 a.m. each morning for inn and yurt guests. Full breakfast is served with hot tea or organic coffee. Vegetarian breakfast is always available. Vegan, gluten free, diabetic and other special diets can be accommodated with advance notice.

Smoking/Candles/Cooking

No smoking is allowed. Due to insurance requirements candles or open flames are not allowed in rooms and yurts. Cooking is not permitted in yurts

Pet Policy

Pets cannot be accommodated. We have a dog and cat but they are not permitted in the guest rooms or yurts. Pets cannot be left in guest cars overnight. Neighbors' dogs and cats may roam the property at night which could cause a disturbance for all guests if pets are kept in the car. Guests arriving with a pet will not be permitted to stay and their credit card will be billed for nights reserved.

Children

Adults Only- Most of our guests tend to be away for an adventure or time without their own children. We do not have amenities for children. Our definition of a child is someone 17 years of age and under. Guests arriving with a child will not be permitted to stay and their credit card will be billed for nights reserved. Proof of age may be required.

Legal Notice

This is our home and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for accidents or injury, damages to personal property or vehicles or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.

Gift Certificates

If you wish to give a gift certificate please visit Gift Certificates for more information. We do not accept bedandbreakfast.com certificates.

Special Packages

If you would like to have a bottle of wine in your room when you arrive we are unable to provide due to liquor law regulations. You may contact Tiger Mountain Vineyards tasting room and they can provide a special wine basket with wine, cheese, etc. Contact Vickie Cooper at 706-864-0832 or email naturallyga@windstream.net for details. Cars & Parking

The parking lot is small & cannot accommodate

We are environmentalists and appreciate guests driving smaller fuel efficient automobiles.

Only one car per unit please.

Motorcycles are welcome but we do have a gravel drive and parking lot.

Please do not have your friends visit since we cannot accommodate their cars.

Number of Guests Per Accommodation

Inn rooms and yurts can only accommodate two individuals. No rollaway beds are provided and sleeping on the floor is not permitted in the rooms and yurts.

Accessibility

Steps are required to reach the inn and yurts. Sidewalks and walkways are made of pea gravel and wood chips which may make walking difficult for some individuals. The inn rooms have bathrooms that require a step up to enter as well.

Early Departures

Early departures are considered cancellations and no refunds provided unless the 72 hour cancellation notice has been given. If we are able to rent your room or yurt for the cancelled day(s) a refund minus $15.00 charge will be considered. Please book for the number of nights desired. You are welcome to add additional nights after you arrive subject to availability.

Quiet Time

Quiet time starts at 11:00 p.m. We expect all guests to be respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum. If you return from your dinner or other occasion after 11:00 p.m. we appreciate your being as quiet as possible.

Friends are not permitted on the property during quiet time. This has become a problem in the past primarily with wedding guests. If you want to party after quiet time we suggest you choose a motel or cabin rental in the area.

Guests not following this policy will be asked to leave the property (without refund) with their friends. We also do not have parking available for friends cars.
